A Confirmation Letter of Payment will be sent. Invitations to the workshop are sent 4-5 days prior to the start of class. It is your responsibility to enter your workshop. If you pay for a workshop and do not receive a confirmation letter and/or an invitation, please contact courses@scarsdalepublishing.com immediately.

We host our courses on our Scarsdale forum and Zoom or Webex. After you register and pay, you will be added to the forum for your course and an email with further instructions will be sent to you. This process will take place 4-5 days prior to the start of the class. After you have set up your user account and signed into our forum for the class, which you will not be able to do until after receiving your confirmation email 4-5 days prior to the start of class, we recommend navigating to the classroom forum and clicking on the “Subscribe” link near the top of the forum on the line beneath the class title. This will allow you to receive emails when a new topics/lessons are posted during the active class dates. Replies to individual topics/lessons may also be subscribed to when replying by checking the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” box after the reply box or if you aren’t currently posting by clicking on the “Subscribe” link at the top of the topic page.

Invites are sent approximately four to five days before the workshop begins. Deadlines are the first day of class. Late registrations are accepted at the discretion of Scarsdale Publishing.

Registrations and payment confirmation can take up to 48 hours to process. We try our best to reduce this time frame, but encourage participants to register a minimum of 4 days prior to the class start date.

In general, our classes tend to be more information-heavy than assignment-heavy, but you should get an idea of an instructor’s expectations from the course description. But you should always feel free to work at your own pace.

The forum for classes that you have registered for can be accessed on this site until the end of the month after the class ends. We recommend navigating to the classroom forum and following the “Subscribe” link at the top right of the forum to receive emails when a new topic/lesson is posted. Replies to individual topics/lessons may also be subscribed to when replying by checking “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” after the reply box.

No registration fees will be refunded. All payments for a workshop must be received by the registration cutoff date. Payments received after the cut-off date can be applied to a future workshop of the Applicant’s’ choosing.

In the event a workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor’s inability to teach his/her class, registration fees will be applied to a future workshop of the applicant’s choosing.
